Drawn in celebration of Chinese New Year. 

The symbol in the background is "fu" which means prosperity and is suppose to bring good luck. The word is usually posted upside down because the Chinese word for "reversed" is a pun for the word "arrival", making the upside down "fu" mean "arrival of prosperity".
